Workshop on Reproductive Justice!

Interested in talking about how anti-oppression and social justice relate to sex, sexuality and reproductive choice? Curious about “reproductive justice” and what it could mean for the Union for Gender Empowerment, other groups on campus, and your communities? On Tuesday March 29th, pop educator and activist, Ainsley Jenicek, will give some background on “reproductive justice” and facilitate an informal discussion on what this work might look like on and off mcgill campus. In this workshop, participants will be able to exchange information about what’s happening in canada both to threaten reproductive rights and to fight for reproductive justice.

Location: Student Society of McGill University building, 3480 McTavish Street (Metro Peel), room Lev Bukman, on the 2nd floor. Wheelchair accessible.

Time: Tuesday, March 29th, 6-8pm
